Job summary

Torramics is seeking a Senior MEMS Process Integration Engineer to lead hands-on development in our nanoCompressor fab. You will work directly with process equipment, develop and optimize steps driving performance, yield and reliability, and help move our MEMS device from R&D toward production.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of MEMS/process experience, strong data-analysis skills, and a track record of transitioning processes into manufacturing, with emphasis on collaboration across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on semiconductor or MEMS process development / integration experience.
• Hands-on experience operating process equipment and core module areas such as thin films, lithography, etch, MEMS release or metrology.
• Strong statistical process and data-analysis capability (DOE, SPC, capability analysis, FMEA).
• Degree in Materials Science, MEMS, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Applied Physics, EE, or related field.
• Clear communication to peers, partners, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on process development and integration with equipment to optimize steps affecting performance, yield and reliability.
• Turn on-wafer metrology into insight using DOE, SPC, and data analysis to identify trends and root-cause issues.
• Design and run experiments to correct MEMS device and fab-process issues and shorten cycle time.
• Coordinate technology transfer with process, design, test, and technician teams toward production readiness.
