Job summary

You will design experiments, analyze results, and work with process engineers to optimize modules, ensure device reliability, and document the transfer to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s in EE, Materials Science or Physics preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
• DOE design, data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform experiments to determine process sequences and parameters.
• Analyze data from test lots to identify optimization needs.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to develop and optimize modules.
• Support transfer of new processes to production and document them.
• Provide weekly/monthly updates to customers and stakeholders.
