Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in biomedical or field service, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with service tools and network apps.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website-Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• You will be servicing Medical Imaging Equipment in the Memphis, TN area; experience level depends on prior work history.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance.
