Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a nationwide initiative in Memphis, TN. This hybrid role blends administrative support with project coordination and customer service, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and initiative.

You will serve as a point of contact for field specialists, vendors, landlords, and internal teams, ensuring contracts and documentation are accurate and up to date while conducting research on property ownership and lease

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proactive with initiative and problem solving.
• Ability to multi-task large amounts of data in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with landlords, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for field specialists, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
• Communicate with landlords and property managers to obtain permissions and resolve location issues.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, project portals, and other Microsoft Suite tools.
• Ensure contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Conduct research on property ownership, lease agreements, and compliance requirements.
