Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Architectural/Engineering/Planning/Construction office preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong writing skills for correspondence and meeting notes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in proposals and project planning.
• Coordinate meetings and track project milestones.
• Maintain project files and documentation.
