Jewish Community Partners seeks a dynamic Community Relations Associate to strengthen connections across Greater Memphis. You will work with civic, business, cultural, and community leaders to support initiatives, outreach, and coalition-building, serving as an ambassador for Memphis Jewish life.

You will help advance mutual understanding, address antisemitism, and promote engagement between the Jewish community and diverse Memphis sectors, collaborating with Federation staff and lay leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with civic, business, cultural, faith-based, and community leaders throughout Greater Memphis.
• Conduct outreach meetings and identify opportunities for collaboration and engagement.
• Facilitate introductions between Federation leadership and key stakeholders.
• Represent Federation at community meetings, public events, and coalition gatherings.
• Build relationships with diverse ethnic, religious, cultural, civic, and professional communities.
• Cultivate relationships with civic organizations, business leaders, and community influencers.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration between the Jewish community and Memphis's civic and business sectors.
