Qualifications

• DO or MD degree with AOA or ABMS board certification or board eligibility in designated clinical field
• Commitment to support the mission and vision of Baptist University Health Sciences
• Proficiency using computer with applications such as Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to stand or sit for periods with moderate fluctuations in environment
• Active and unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain in TN

Responsibilities

• Teach, and participate in scholarly activities and service in the Osteopathic School of Medicine
• Direct multidisciplinary curricular courses and assessment of learners
• Provide instructional experiences aligned with the college/university mission
• Work with leadership to assess outcomes and improve curricula
• Full-time, non-tenure track, exempt position; hours beyond 8 occasionally
• Time distribution among Teaching, Research & Scholarly Activity, Service, Administration, and Clinical Practice negotiated annually
