Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head the Memory Technology team, shaping the memory IP portfolio across concept to production. You will lead a hybrid team of engineers, interfacing with R&D and design teams, and own the roadmap for memory technology development.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering or a comparable field.
• Substantial experience in semiconductor memory development and knowledge of embedded memory technologies, with a track record of delivering memory IP to production silicon.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, including distributed or hybrid teams; line-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers across on-site and remote arrangements.
• Own the technical strategy and development roadmap for memory IP portfolio.
• Translate requirements from R&D into development plans and delivery schedules.
• Provide technical approvals at milestones: project approval, tape-out, prototype approval and transfer to production.
• Establish and maintain relationships with R&D and technology partners.
