The Village at Summerville is seeking a Memory Support Care Partner to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents with memory impairment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor changes, and support nursing staff to maintain a warm, homelike community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience, preferably with memory support.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to memory-impaired residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
