Clearwater Mayo Blvd is a premier luxury senior living community in Phoenix, AZ and is looking for an Activity Assistant to join the Memory Support team!

The role focuses on executing engaging programs for residents under the Empowered Living philosophy, delivering exceptional customer service and showing genuine care for residents. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Must have ability and willingness to drive the community vehicle.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Background and criminal record clearances as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily activities and special events, including set-up/tear-down and holiday decorations.
• Survey residents and observe preferences to tailor activities.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Create monthly activity calendar and contribute to monthly newsletter and social posts.
• Assist with Marketing events and coordinate with volunteers.

Conocimientos

First Aid Certification

Regulatory awareness

Educación

High School Diploma or GED

AA degree preferred / 2 years experience
