Qualifications

• 5+ years technical experience in memory & storage technologies (NAND solutions SSD, eMMC, UFS, uSD)
• 8+ years experience working with hardware design engineering teams on NPI
• 8+ years experience engaging suppliers on development, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and RFQ/RFI processes

Responsibilities

• Engineer & Technology Alignment with Hardware Design Engineering, Component Engineering, and Manufacturing
• Lead supplier technology roadmap discussions and address design, yield, reliability issues
• Own supplier technical readiness from prototype through mass production
• Collaborate with supplier and Cisco engineers to resolve design/manufacturing issues
• Drive value engineering and second-source strategies for cost and supply resilience
• Support ramp readiness, yield improvement, and transition to sustained production
• Identify technical and manufacturing risks and develop mitigation plans with engineering and suppliers
• Provide technical status updates to cross-functional leadership
• Define technical KPIs and enable data-driven execution across suppliers
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as priorities evolve
