Job summary

Amazon Devices seeks a Senior Global Commodity Manager for Memory to lead supplier relationships and secure long-term supply and cost competitiveness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in developing, negotiating, and executing agreements.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating releases.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive memory commodity roadmap aligned with supplier capabilities.
• Define and own the AVL and lead supplier lifecycle from selection to performance evaluation.
• Analyze market drivers, pricing dynamics, and risks to mitigate disruptions and seize opportunities.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and collaborate with engineering to influence design for cost/performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a robust risk-mitigation strategy for supply continuity.
• Lead supplier evaluations and periodic business reviews with senior leadership.
• Interface with Planning and Program Management to assess current and future sourcing needs.
• Travel to supplier sites to drive cost reductions, roadmap alignment, and supplier development.
