Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Enrichment Leader to plan, organize, and run memory enrichment activities for seniors with cognitive disabilities in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will lead group activities using our award-winning curriculum, demonstrating empathy, reliability, and hospitality while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires leading small groups, preparing materials, and tracking resident participation.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population.
• Ability to work the defined schedule which may include weekends.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Leading and teaching small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Preparing materials and conducting research to lead memory enrichment activities.
• Assisting with Cognitive Assessments, tracking and documentation of resident participation.
