Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Enrichment Leader in Sunnyvale, CA to plan, organize and implement memory enrichment activities for seniors with cognitive disabilities. This role requires leadership of small groups within our memory care community and a compassionate, team‑oriented attitude.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field and at least 6 months of experience leading activities for special needs populations, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population.
• Ability to work the defined schedule which may include weekends.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and teach small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in memory enrichment programs.
• Prepare materials and conduct relevant research to lead memory enrichment activities.
• Assist with cognitive assessments, track resident participation and maintain compliant documentation.
