Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Enrichment Leader to plan, organize, and implement memory enrichment activities for seniors with cognitive disabilities in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will lead group sessions following our memory enrichment program curriculum and help residents thrive as they age.

The ideal candidate has an Associates Degree, experience with special needs populations, and a compassionate, reliable, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population.
• Must be able to work the defined schedule, including weekends.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Reliable attendance and professional team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in memory enrichment programs.
• Prepare materials and research to lead memory enrichment activities.
• Assist with cognitive assessments, track participation, and maintain compliance documentation.
