Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 4+ years of experience, or a PhD.
• Design, characterization, and verification of custom memory circuits.
• Custom digital circuit design and verification experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality memory technology collaterals.
• Drive circuit innovations for high-performance embedded memory designs.
• Perform memory pathfinding activities and PPA optimization.

Skills

Design, characterization, and verification of custom memory circuits such as SRAM

Design trade-offs between power, performance, and area (PPA)

Custom digital circuit design, simulation, layout design, and verification

Knowledge of EDA tools for custom digital and memory circuit design

Education

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
