Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or STEM field with 6+ years experience.
• Master's degree with 4+ years or PhD with 2+ years in related fields.
• Proficiency in CMOS memory design and power-performance-area trade-offs.
• Experience with VLSI circuit design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs, caches, multi-ported registers, ROMs, and memories.
• Collaborate with architecture, process technology, PD, and product engineering to optimize memory PPA.
• Perform memory design, characterization and simulations.
• Design memory path-finding and periphery IC design and automation.
• Define methodologies and execute to project schedules.
