Job summary

Qualifications
- Arizona Caregiver Certificate required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience working with elderly population preferred.
- Calm, helpful and respectful countenance appreciated.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
- Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
- Responding to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
- Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans and obtaining vital signs.
