Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Chandler, AZ is seeking caregivers to support residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and safety. This part-time/PRN role offers flexible shifts and a pay range of $18.50–$21.25 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate holds an Arizona caregiver certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and reflects a calm, respectful demeanor while communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Arizona caregiver certificate required or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.
