Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist with residents' medication needs.
• Transcribe and document in Medication Assistance Record.
• Assist residents with ADLs, vital signs, first aid, wound care, and coordination with health professionals.
• Transport residents to activities, departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergencies and requests promptly and safely.
