Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Chicago's Lincoln Park area is seeking Caregivers to provide hands-on support in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will work with a collaborative care team to enhance residents' comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Comfort with using company devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Reliability in attendance is essential.
• Post-offer screenings may include background check, drug screen, TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to assigned seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation while prioritizing safety and wellbeing.
• Document and maintain records of daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction the top priority in every interaction.
