Job summary

Belmont Village Buffalo Grove is seeking dedicated Caregivers to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will assist with daily living activities, promote social engagement, and document care while maintaining safety and dignity.

No CNA license is required, but licensed or trained caregivers are welcome; weekend and holiday shifts are available, with a $1 extra per shift on second shifts, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate clearly in English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training is preferred.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Document and report changes to supervisors; maintain accurate daily care records.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
