Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairing conditions preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are expected.
• Effective communicator in English, both verbal and written.
• Able to assist with activities of daily living and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to nursing staff.
