Silverado The Huntington in California is looking for Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairment preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
