Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Memory Care Assistant to join the Coterie community. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support memory care programming to promote resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include meal setup, serving, snack delivery, light housekeeping, and facilitating structured activities. Applicants should have a GED or high school diploma and at least 1 year of dementia care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of dementia or cognitive impairment care experience.
• Must complete Atria training programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all care needs of Memory Care residents.
• Assist with meals: set up, serve, and clear after meals.
• Provide daily living support and engage residents in activities.
• Assist with housekeeping and environmental cleanliness in Memory Care areas.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to supervisors.
• May drive between community destinations if required.
