Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Wellness Nurse for a full-time role in Conway, AR. The position involves leading floor operations, medication administration, and ensuring high-quality resident care. Pay ranges from $28 to $35.75 per hour with a 7:00am–7:00pm shift across two weeks.

The candidate must hold a current LPN or RN license, be able to supervise staff, and comply with all care standards and regulations. Benefit options include comprehensive health plans and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience with memory-impaired resident care.
• Ability to update service plans and supervise care staff.
• Knowledge of medication regulations and law.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and staff.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop for shift.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Lead team by example in medication administration and resident assistance.
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident assessments and medical records.
• Provide professional, compassionate resident care and maintain safe environment.
