A leading assisted living provider in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support the health and well-being of residents. Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in assessment and geriatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to assist in coordinating resident admission processes.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of the resident admission process.
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans.
• Administer medications per physicians’ orders.
