Job summary

GenCare Lifestyle at Scriber Gardens in Lynnwood seeks a full-time LPN or RN Wellness Director with nursing degree and assisted living experience. The role oversees health services, directs care staff, and ensures regulatory compliance to enhance residents' quality of life.

The Wellness Director coordinates nursing services, conducts initial and ongoing assessments, and advances the Whole Life Living program in a busy senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing license (LPN or RN) and experience in assisted living.
• Experience in memory care or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and coordination of health services.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Ability to conduct resident assessments and move-in/on-going assessments.

GenCare Lifestyle @ Scriber Gardens in Lynnwood is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. We have an immediate opening for a full-time LPN or RN / Wellness Director. MUST HAVE A NURSING DEGREE and experience in Assisted Living to be considered for this position.

• Base Medical plan is 99% employer paid

• Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours) and 6 paid holidays per year plus a paid day off for your birthday

The Wellness Director is responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of all aspects of the health services department in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

Duties include:
