Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Clinical Leader for Memory Care and Assisted Living to guide the clinical operations of the Memory Care wing. You will supervise care and medication staff, ensuring top-tier resident care and compliance with regulations.

You will communicate with residents, families and medical providers while remaining hands-on with residents, staff, and families through the dementia journey, driving quality and compassionate care.

Position Summary

Clinical Leader – Memory Care, Assisted Living

Primary Responsibilities

As the Memory Care Director, you will be a critical member of the leadership team overseeing the clinical operations of our Memory Care wing of our assisted living community. Your key duties will include supervising care and medication staff, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents, and maintaining open communication with residents, their families, and medical providers. Hands on working with residents, staff and families to guide them through the dementia journey.

• A valid and current nursing license in good standing.
• An effective communicator who can connect with staff, residents, and their families.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively resolve issues and find solutions.
