Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care.
