Silverado Alexandria is hiring a Clinical Staff Manager to lead scheduling, caregiver coordination, and administrative support for our memory care community.

You will supervise staff across shifts, participate in recruiting and onboarding, and oversee licensing and certifications. This role emphasizes empathy, collaboration with leadership, and a commitment to high‑quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling, preferably with dementia-related care.
• Empathetic communication style and a “can-do” attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate with other department leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Coordinate caregiver shift preferences and availability.
• Supervise caregivers across PM, NOC, and weekends.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new caregivers.
• Provide updates on staffing, overtime, and performance metrics.
