Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents in daily living activities, including bathing, dressing and meals. This full-time role emphasizes compassion, safety, and high-quality service in a team-oriented environment.

The position requires reading and speaking English, a high school diploma (Nurses Aide certification preferred), and the ability to follow care plans. On-site shifts from morning to early afternoon are offered with potential training and advancement

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but on-the-job training available.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Nurse's Aide certification preferred; background clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Maintain resident dignity and provide superior customer service.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is given.
• Transport residents as needed and ensure safety during transfers.
• Document information and report changes to a supervisor promptly.
• Respond to resident alerts and participate in safety drills.
