Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and transportation.
• Follow care plans and document observations accurately.
• Maintain resident dignity and provide superior customer service.
• Record information and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with safety checks and respond to resident alerts as needed.
