You will uphold person-centered care, assess resident needs, and contribute to a comforting, engaging atmosphere for residents and families.

In this role you will train staff, observe and redirect through education, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners, and promote our CARE values across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or in a human services field is required.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Previous social services experience preferred.
