Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or in a human services field required.

• Previous social services experience preferred.

• Memory Care Center programs, philosophies and standards oversight.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents and families.
• Engage residents with a compassionate, person-centered approach and provide staff education.
