Grand Living in Jacksonville seeks a friendly Server to join the dining program, delivering attentive, personalized service to residents and guests across multiple venues, including the Bistro and Luminations® memory care setting.

You will work with culinary and hospitality teams to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, uphold high service standards, and build meaningful relationships that enhance daily life for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help residents.
