Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred; familiarity with memory care helpful.
• Must relate experience and training to nursing practice and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient nursing needs and plan appropriate care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide guidance and education.
• Support physicians and care teams in medication approvals and triage workflows.
