Job summary

Myrtle Beach Manor is seeking a Rise Program Coordinator to join our Memory Care leadership team. This role develops, implements, and maintains the RISE Signature Program within Pearl communities, leading all Memory Care engagement and activities with a focus on meaningful, cognitively supportive experiences for residents living with dementia.

Working closely with the Program & Outreach Director, you will coordinate across neighborhoods, manage resources, assist with budgeting, and communicate

Qualifications

• Experience working in Memory Care, dementia care, or senior living engagement.
• Demonstrated understanding of person-centered, dementia-informed programming.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead engagement efforts with confidence.
• Passion for purposeful programming and quality of life for residents living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and facilitate a Memory Care activity calendar aligned with RISE Standards and Pillars.
• Lead daily engagement and activities within the Pearl community.
• Design programs maximizing cognitive support, emotional connection, and purposeful involvement.
• Collaborate with the Program & Outreach Director to coordinate across neighborhoods within one building.
• Assist with supply accrual, inventory management, and budget awareness.
• Maintain organized documentation, calendars, and program records.
• Support family communication related to Memory Care programming.
