Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and facilitate a comprehensive Memory Care activity calendar aligned with RISE Standards.
• Ensure consistent implementation of RISE engagement elements across the Pearl community.
• Design and lead programs that maximize cognitive support and meaningful engagement.
• Monitor participation trends and adjust programming for responsiveness and impact.
• Coordinate engagement efforts with the Program & Outreach Director across neighborhoods within one building.
• Assist with supply accrual, inventory management, and budget awareness.
• Support family communication related to Memory Care programming and engagement initiatives.
