Job summary

Myrtle Beach Manor is seeking a Rise Program Coordinator to oversee the RISE Signature Program within its Pearl community. This role leads Memory Care engagement, develops activity calendars, and ensures activities align with RISE standards to support residents with dementia.

The coordinator collaborates with the Pearl Director and Family Services to foster meaningful, cognitively supportive experiences, manage resources, and communicate program updates to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Memory Care, dementia care, or senior living engagement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead engagement efforts with confidence.
• Passion for purposeful programming and quality of life for residents living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate a Memory Care activity calendar aligned with RISE Standards.
• Lead daily engagement and activities across neighborhoods within one building.
• Coordinate supply accrual, inventory management, and budget awareness.
• Support families with communication and education about the RISE program.
• Represent Memory Care programming at daily stand-up meetings and maintain records.
