Job summary

Cascadia Senior Living in Washington state is seeking a Memory Care Resident Care Coordinator to mentor staff and coordinate resident care within a warm, resident-focused environment.

The role supports daily living activities, medication administration, and collaboration with families and physicians. You will train new staff, monitor MAR accuracy, and participate in service planning while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• LPN/CNA/HCA license required.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• State-mandated health/training requirements kept.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Criminal background and fingerprint check.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company applications.

Responsibilities

• Update care staff schedules and fill PTO coverage.
• Serve as on-call staff and fill shifts as needed.
• Review resident records and maintain familiarity with assignments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medications.
• Provide services per resident assessment and plan.
• Coordinate care with physicians and outside agencies.
• Participate in service plan meetings with residents and families.
• Ensure timely medication administration and MAR accuracy.
• Lead orientation and training for new staff.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; weekend availability.
