Job summary

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Memory Care Resident Care Assistant to support residents in our Hearten House memory care apartments in La Crosse, WI. The role focuses on personal care, daily activities, medication assistance, and ensuring safety and dignity for residents with memory impairment.

Shift options include PM, with occasional weekends and holidays; part-time positions and some limited full-time openings.

Qualifications

• Direct care experience preferred.
• Certification in CNA training preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities while promoting independence and dignity.
• Medication management, light housekeeping, and various daily tasks as needed.
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance.
• Transport residents to meals and activities and document daily care.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other departments to ensure safety and well-being.
