Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for memory care at Briarview in Carrollton, TX. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and safety, while preserving dignity and independence in a team-focused environment.

Our team values commitment, empowerment, communication, excellence, and teamwork. Prior dementia care experience is preferred, and CNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Help with housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
