Job summary

Arbor Acres in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with daily living activities and support nursing staff. You will help with grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, and responding to call bells, while maintaining residents' dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified as a Nurse Aide I and registered with the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assists the nursing staff in providing care to geriatric residents.
• Assists residents with personal grooming and dressing.
• Assists residents with use of toilet and mobility needs.
• Transports residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Responds promptly to call bells and emergencies.
• Records vital signs and routine care tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
