MorningStar Senior Living in Boulder, CO, seeks a Med Care Manager/QMAP to administer, pour, and document medications per physician orders under the Wellness Director’s guidance. You’ll learn residents’ med preferences and manage timely pharmacy orders to ensure meds are available.

Responsibilities include documenting administration, monitoring for side effects, and supporting care plans while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in senior living or memory care preferred.
• Ability to document medications accurately.
• Strong attention to safety and rights in medication administration.

Aufgaben

• Administer and document prescribed medications per MAR and physician orders.
• Order meds from pharmacy 7 days before running out; notify Wellness Director if delayed.
• Document meds given in resident records with date and initials.
• Observe and report adverse reactions or changes in resident condition.
• Take vital signs as required and report any changes to physician or Wellness Director.
• Report medication errors promptly and assist with care plan updates.
• Assist residents in daily care activities while maintaining privacy and dignity.
