Benchmark Senior Living in Waltham, MA is seeking a Memory Care Programming Coordinator to organize and implement programs that meet the individual needs of residents with dementia. The role focuses on psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being in a caring, nurturing environment.

You will coordinate, oversee and promote community programming, schedule events and trips, and contribute to a monthly newsletter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aging and dementia.
• Ability to develop a robust calendar of programs for elders and persons with dementia.
• Current CPR certification if required.
• Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate community programming to enhance residents' experience.
• Oversee scheduling of events, trips, and group activities.
• Develop and promote community events.
• Edit and distribute a monthly community newsletter.
