Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Memory Care Support Specialist to assist the Connection Points Lead in a part-time capacity. The role focuses on administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks within the Memory Care neighborhood to ensure consistency and operational excellence.

The position supports the Director of Connection Points and involves documentation, communications, and initiative tracking behind the scenes, with opportunities to engage families and maintain care environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, Memory Care, healthcare, hospitality, or related administrative field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction from the Director of Connection Points.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and logistical support for Memory Care initiatives under the CPMCA.
• Organizes, tracks, and maintains initiative documentation, timelines, and follow-through.
• Completes and maintains Resident Bios and supports updates as needed.
• Assists with updating and maintaining resident name plates.
• Drafts, formats, and distributes the Connection Points Family Monthly Newsletter.
• Coordinates logistics for monthly family engagement events.
• Creates and posts content on the BAND App as directed by the DCP.
• Conducts follow-up calls with families as directed by the DCP.
• Maintains documentation for Interactive Environments (IE) and Beacon of Life supplies.
• Assists with preparation for audits, reviews, and quality checkpoints.
