Job summary

The Arbor Company is opening a new Memory Care neighborhood in Montgomery Township, NJ, and seeks a Memory Care Program Manager to lead daily operations and collaborate with the Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional resident care.

You will oversee a dedicated Memory Care team, drive person-centered programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting recruitment, training, and family communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors living with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Passion for enriching older adults' lives through compassionate, relationship-based care.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic systems.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Flexible schedule, including participation in Manager-on-Duty rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care.
• Ensure residents receive individualized care and services that meet changing needs.
• Deliver quality engagement programs that promote meaningful resident experiences.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff.
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent communication.
• Lead care plan meetings and support resident admissions and transitions.
• Ensure Memory Care programming, dining, and neighborhood environment meet company standards.
• Promote resident engagement and meaningful daily experiences.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Help manage staffing and labor expenses while maintaining quality of care.
• Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and provide after-hours support.

What You'll Do

As the Memory Care Program Manager, you'll serve as a member of the community leadership team and oversee the daily operations of our Memory Care neighborhood while partnering closely with the Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional resident care.
