Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Clinical Manager – Memory Care (LPN Required) to lead the Wellness Center and care operations at Arbor Terrace Montgomery. This role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and adherence to clinical standards in memory care.

The position offers leadership responsibilities, collaboration with the Memory Care Program Manager, and opportunities for career growth, with benefits including insurance, time off, and a strong commitment to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Minimum one year of experience caring for individuals with dementia.
• Experience in Memory Care or senior living preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EMAR and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Wellness Center.
• Complete resident assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Develop and update individualized resident care plans.
• Coordinate resident admissions and EMAR documentation.
• Oversee medication management and incident reporting.
• Partner with the Memory Care Program Manager to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Coach and support caregivers on dementia care best practices.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Help maintain Arbor's high standards for clinical excellence, programming, dining, and resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and clinical standards.
• Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
