Job summary

The Arbors and The Ivy Assisted Living Communities in Dracut, MA, seek a Memory Care Program Director to lead the Reflections Memory Care neighborhood. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate care, programs, and staff while maximizing residents' quality of life.

You will partner with families, guide an activity team, and drive engagement through compassionate leadership and careful program planning to support community growth and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Reflections community (care, nutrition, cleanliness, staff support, and activities)
• Build strong relationships with residents and families through trust and communication
• Plan and implement engaging programs (spiritual, educational, cognitive, social, wellness, etc.)
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to increase engagement
• Recruit, train, and supervise activity team members, entertainers, volunteers, and vendors
• Publish monthly activity calendar and newsletter
• Assist with sales/marketing efforts to support community growth and occupancy
• Coordinate community outings and events (includes van outings)

About The Role

The Memory Care Program Director leads our Reflections Memory Care neighborhood, overseeing daily operations and creating engaging, meaningful programming that maximizes quality of life for residents. This role partners closely with families and leads the team with compassion, accountability, and excellence.
